Key Responsibilities
Drive product development initiatives by identifying emerging trends and developing original, creative product concepts.
Oversee inventory management and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient stock control.
Coordinate effectively with domestic agencies and overseas retail partners.
Support retail expansion and partner communication across various distribution channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless daily operations within a fast-paced startup setting.
Ideal Background
Experience in product planning, merchandising, buying, or product management — preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries.
Background in e-commerce or trading companies is advantageous.
Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Strong trend awareness, creativity, and market insight.
Open-minded, globally oriented, and motivated to grow with a rapidly developing startup.
Working Conditions
Work Style: Flexible system (typically 1–2 days remote work per week, depending on workload)
Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
Office Location: Omotesando, Tokyo
