Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the full lifecycle of various projects or programs. 
- Establish the scope, objectives, and deliverables of programs in line with business goals. 
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation. 
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation strategies. 
- Monitor program performance and progress, ensuring deadlines are met. 
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication. 
- Manage team performance, set goals, and ensure resources are allocated according to program requirements. 
- Promote continuous improvement within the program management process. 
Requirements:
- Ability to fluently speak Japanese and English 
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Program Manager in large-scale, multi-team projects. 
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certifications are a plus. 
- Working knowledge in the telecom industry preferred 
- Experience working on outcome-based engagements.
