Job Description｜業務内容
You will be responsible for QA operations to ensure service quality before release and for continuous improvement of product quality across internal web and mobile services. Our team is actively implementing test management tools and partial automation to optimize QA processes.
社内で提供する各種サービスにおいて、リリース前の品質保証やサービス品質向上に向けたQA業務を担当します。テスト管理ツールや自動化の一部導入など、QAプロセスの最適化に取り組んでいます。
Main Responsibilities｜具体的な業務内容
QA for various web and mobile app services
Execution and improvement of the testing process
QA reviews of service planning and development
Proposals for improvement through knowledge sharing and quality analysis
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Enhancing QA frameworks including test planning, design, and documentation

Requirements｜募集要件
Must-Have｜必須
3–5+ years of QA or development experience in web or mobile app environments
Basic understanding of client-server systems
Experience using task or test management tools
Testing experience in waterfall or agile development environments
(For leader-level roles) 5+ years of QA experience and team management skills
Webアプリまたはスマホアプリの開発またはQA経験（3〜5年以上）／クライアント・サーバシステムの基本理解／タスク管理・テスト管理ツールの使用経験／ウォーターフォールまたはアジャイル開発でのテスト経験／（リーダーの場合）QA経験5年以上、チームマネジメント経験

Experience leading a QA team
Experience in requirement definition or basic design
Experience with test automation
