【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Oversee the operations of all retail stores across Japan, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
• Lead negotiations with external partners to open direct and shop-in-shop locations in strategic areas under favorable terms.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and establish sales targets for both retail stores and wholesale channels.
• Implement and manage retail operational systems aimed at maximizing profitability, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
• Inspire and lead store teams to meet sales objectives while maintaining high morale and motivation.
• Review and refine sales procedures, ensuring consistent execution by store staff.
• Drive sales performance to meet turnover goals through targeted leadership and support.
• Collaborate closely with Store Managers on administrative functions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize store operations.
• Lead recruitment and selection for store personnel, with direct involvement in hiring Store Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Conduct performance evaluations for store employees, ensuring fair and structured feedback.
• Work with HR to effectively manage employee relations and organizational structure.
• Ensure all staff receive thorough training on product knowledge, store operations, and company procedures.
• Provide strong leadership through effective and transparent communication.
• Manage inventory processes, including stock control, stock takes, delivery follow-ups, re-orders, and loss prevention; report discrepancies to Corporate Headquarters promptly and per policy.
• Oversee wholesale operations, fostering strong relationships with partners and supporting long-term network growth and strategy.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure optimal product assortment aligned with store needs.
• Partner with the Marketing team to promote the brand and support in-store and brand-wide events.
• Engage with other departments and managers, sharing insights and actively contributing to cross-functional projects aligned with company goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
