Role Overview
The Sales Director is responsible for meeting client objectives, which includes overseeing team performance, training managers, and achieving sales targets. Many clients face challenges in expanding their products internationally or are preparing to do so. This role involves developing strategic roadmaps for overseas business growth and guiding managers to meet client expectations.
Key responsibilities include negotiating with clients and external partners (such as retailers and agents), managing and mentoring team leaders, and executing sales and marketing initiatives to meet budget goals.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of international work experience in the cosmetics industry
Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese
