  • Create a system that further accelerates MiiTel's inside sales (BDR)

  • Select target customers, mainly middle/enterprise customers, and create leads for new development.

  • Construct and implement strategic strategies using ABM.

  • Conduct research using sales tools, organizing data, operating tools, etc.

  • Manage the KPIs of members, train them, and promote them.



  • Business experience as an inside sales (SDR) for solution sales and management work experience of 1 year or more

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products

  • Operational experience of 1 year or more

  • Excel/Spreadsheet aggregation work experience of 1 year or more

  • SaaS / IT / Understand how the sales or sales support department works for services that handle technology

  • Can execute KGI and KPI design in the sales department with high resolution
