Job Description
This position is responsible for managing sales promotion activities tailored to each product category. The role focuses on engaging target consumers through marketing initiatives at retail locations, mainly large-scale stores. Key responsibilities include:
Planning, production, and budget control for promotional materials, catalogs, and in-store displays
Utilizing customer data from retailers for CRM initiatives
Developing media and promotional campaigns
Specific duties:
Plan and execute promotional activities aligned with overall brand strategy
Create and manage in-store materials such as catalogs and POP displays
Use retailer data to develop CRM and media promotion plans
Enhance the shopping experience through effective store layouts and displays
Collaborate closely with sales teams and retail marketing staff
Analyze performance data and market insights to improve future initiatives
Required Experience and Skills
Experience in sales promotion, merchandising tools, and campaign planning (any industry)
Hands-on experience with retailer CRM or marketing tools
Strong balance of creativity and execution capability
Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders (including overseas teams)
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Background in the sports, retail, or consumer goods industries
Practical experience in in-store promotions or event management
Interest in or familiarity with golf
Experience in merchandising or retail marketing activities
