SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant
Role Overview

A consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant to participate in enterprise ERP implementation projects. The role involves supporting multiple stages of SAP implementation, including requirements definition, system design, development, testing, migration, and post-implementation support.

Depending on the assigned role within the project (e.g., module lead or project member), the consultant may also communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities and provide status updates.

This role follows a hybrid work style, combining remote work with office or client-site attendance several days per week within the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects across the full project lifecycle

  • Support requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, migration, and operational support

  • Communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders regarding project progress and technical matters

  • Contribute to successful delivery of finance-related SAP modules within project timelines

Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as an FI consultant

  • Native-level Japanese language ability

Preferred

  • Business-level English communication skills

Employment Type

Full-time position
Working style may include a discretionary work system depending on the role.

Compensation

Monthly salary approximately ¥400,000 – ¥890,000
(Determined based on experience and skills)

Estimated annual salary range: approximately ¥8,000,000 – ¥13,000,000

Performance bonuses and salary adjustments may be provided.

Working Hours

Standard working hours: 9:00 – 18:00
Flexible work arrangements available, including flextime.

Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote work and office/client-site attendance.

担当ポジション（モジュールリーダーまたはメンバー等）に応じて、顧客や社内ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、進捗報告なども担当します。

勤務形態はリモートワークと出社を組み合わせたハイブリッド勤務となり、週数回程度、オフィスまたは顧客先での勤務が発生します（東京エリア）。

必須条件

  • SAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトにおけるFIコンサルタントとしての経験（目安：5年以上）

給与

月給：約 40万円～89万円
（経験・スキルを考慮して決定）

想定年収：約 800万円～1,300万円
