As a Senior Field Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical partner to enterprise customers throughout their engagement lifecycle.

You will provide hands-on technical support for both cloud-based and single-tenant deployments, delivering tailored product solutions to major clients.

Working closely with Account Executives and Technical Success Managers, you will take ownership of the technical strategy, ensuring the customer’s business goals are met and confidence in the platform is maintained.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Lead technical implementation and day-to-day management of solution demonstrations and trials integrated into customer environments.
顧客環境に統合されたデモやトライアルの技術導入および日々の運用をリードする。Demonstrate product value and technical feasibility to both technical and business stakeholders.
技術的およびビジネス側の関係者に対して、製品の価値と実現性を明確に示す。Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize user experience and contribute to roadmap discussions.
カスタマーサクセス、プロダクト、エンジニアリングチームと協働し、顧客体験の最適化や製品ロードマップ策定に貢献する。Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide customized setup support for both cloud-hosted and private installations.
RFP/RFI対応およびクラウド環境・プライベート環境両方での導入支援を行う。Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions without requiring engineering escalation.
エンジニアのサポートを要さず、顧客の課題を技術的に解決する。Act as a strategic advisor, translating business challenges into technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
ビジネス課題を技術的ソリューションに結びつけ、実際の成果を出す戦略的アドバイザーとして機能する。Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve products and processes.

Requirements / 応募要件
Native or fluent Japanese and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
日本語ネイティブまたは同等レベル、英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）。5–10+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, or DevOps Engineer within CI/CD or software delivery.
CI/CDまたはソフトウェアデリバリー分野でのソリューションエンジニア、カスタマーエンジニア、またはDevOpsエンジニアとしての5〜10年以上の経験。Strong presentation and demo skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
技術者・非技術者双方に向けてプレゼンテーションやデモを行うスキル。Practical ability to debug common customer issues independently.
一般的な技術課題を自ら解決できる実践的スキル。Solid understanding of software development and CI/CD tools, build/test/deployment automation.
ソフトウェア開発およびCI/CDツール、ビルド・テスト・デプロイ自動化の深い理解。Experience with web or mobile app frameworks (iOS/Android).
Webまたはモバイルアプリ（iOS/Android）の開発経験。Strong infrastructure and operations knowledge, including networking and security.
ネットワーク・セキュリティを含むインフラ・オペレーションの知識。Proficiency in Docker, Linux containers, and major IaaS platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Docker、Linuxコンテナ、およびAWS、GCP、Azureなど主要IaaSプラットフォームの経験。Familiarity with distributed system deployment and troubleshooting.
分散システムの導入・トラブルシューティングに関する理解。A transparent, customer-first mindset that prioritizes honesty over overselling.

Experience mentoring peers in technical or presentation skills.

This position is fully remote with occasional travel.
