Role Overview
Responsible for managing stock allocation and inventory flow within the ecommerce team, ensuring timely and accurate product availability across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product assortments for the brand’s own ecommerce site and third-party marketplaces based on sales forecasts and purchasing plans. 
- Monitor sales and inventory levels to optimize product availability and initiate stock transfers between platforms as needed. 
- Communicate sell-through performance to relevant stakeholders regularly. 
- Conduct routine stock audits to ensure system accuracy aligns with physical inventory. 
- Generate and distribute reports highlighting key insights such as best-selling items, sell-through rates, and category trends. 
- Oversee the management of product samples used by the ecommerce team. 
- Support seasonal product previews and reviews in collaboration with site managers. 
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock movement efficiency through technology. 
Expected Outcomes
- Timely delivery of weekly and monthly reports on inventory and sell-through performance, contributing to seasonal sales targets. 
- Effective coordination of stock transfers between ecommerce platforms. 
- Accurate stock audit reports validated by the finance team. 
- Proper setup of seasonal product displays as directed by site managers. 
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred). 
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. 
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ecommerce distribution and inventory management. 
- Alternatively, experience in offline retail distribution for companies with 10+ stores nationwide. 
- Background in lifestyle, apparel, or footwear brands is preferred.
