Senior Product Manager – Autonomous AI Revenue & Pricing

The Vision
We aren't just building another SaaS tool; we are redefining the hospitality industry by moving from traditional manual platforms to "Outcome-as-a-Service." As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the "brain" of our ecosystem. Your mission is to evolve our foundational pricing engine into a fully Autonomous Revenue Agent. Instead of building settings pages for manual input, you will design the logic that allows AI to define pricing strategies, structure promotions, and maximize global revenue automatically.

Direct Commercial Impact: You sit at the very start of the booking funnel. Your work directly determines whether 9,000+ properties across APAC beat their competition.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap: Chart the path from manual control tools to a fully autonomous yield management agent for both the Japanese and global markets.
Algorithmic Optimization: Partner with ML Engineers to develop logic that optimizes ADR (Average Daily Rate) and RevPAR, validating models against real-world commercial outcomes.
Data-Driven Leadership: Use extensive data analysis and financial modeling to drive decisions on "Conversion Uplift" and "Net Revenue Contribution."
End-to-End Delivery: Lead agile execution for high-scale, high-transaction volume solutions across the full product lifecycle.
Who You Are
The Bilingual Strategist: You possess professional fluency in English and Japanese and can bridge the gap between global engineering teams and local business stakeholders.
Proven PM Leader: You have 5+ years of B2B2C SaaS product management experience, specifically with complex logic or algorithmic decision-making systems.
Outcome-Oriented: You define success by commercial metrics (Revenue Growth, ADR) rather than just "shipping features."
Analytical & Tactical: You can define a 30,000-foot strategy but aren't afraid to "get your hands dirty" with deep-dive data investigation and QA.
Bonus Points if you have:
3+ years in Revenue Management, Pricing Engines, or Travel Tech (GDS/OTA connectivity).
Direct experience working with Machine Learning for demand forecasting or yield innovation.
