Act as pre-sales expert to deliver high-quality technical consulting for our clients by identifying their needs and designing solutions.
Ensure successful post-sales client onboarding to our platform.
Work collaboratively with our sales, product, design teams toward business success of us and our clients.
Deliver pre-sales support including product demos, requirement gathering, solution proposals, responses to RFI/RFP.
Manage issue prioritization and client expectations throughout the sales and initial client onboarding processes.
Create materials of our products and services by closely working internal teams to enhance the sales process and maximize the chance of winning.
Contribute to development of the platforms product strategy.
Deliver insights in the form of client feedback or pain points to internal teams for new feature development and improvement for the platform.
Your initial expected deliverables include:
Complete onboarding training with mentors in our organizations.
Understand technical solutions for our products such as LINK API.
Become a strong team player and start contributing to our business success.
Ability to use both Japanese and English in an international work environment. Native level Japanese language skills: at least intermediate English (TOEIC: 800 or above).
3+ years of experience in solution consulting and pre-sales in the FinTech industry.
Solid experience in enterprise projects to develop API based business services based on web client & server technology.
Solid knowledge of API authentication schemes such as OAuth.
Strong communication skills with any internal or external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and also as a team to drive results.
Strong documentation skills and attention to details.

Experience working in the finance industry (banking/fintech)
