  • Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:

    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry events, to identify top talent.

    • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Job Postings & Employer Branding:

    • Write clear and compelling job descriptions in alignment with hiring manager requirements.

    • Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

    • Manage recruitment advertising efforts across multiple platforms 

  • Screening & Interviewing:

    • Review resumes and applications to screen for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

    • Prepare and present candidate recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Candidate Experience:

    • Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    • Keep candidates informed and updated on the status of their application.

    • Coordinate assessments, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

    • Offer consultative advice to hiring managers on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices for candidate selection.

  • Onboarding & Offer Management:

    • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating offers and coordinating pre-employment activities.

    • Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Metrics & Reporting:

    • Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in talent acquisition.

    • Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
