Job Summary:
My client is seeking a Product Designer for its platform, a fast-growing food delivery service. The designer will focus on improving customer experience through high-quality UX/UI design, collaborating closely with business, engineering, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design projects, define strategies, and align with stakeholders.
Identify and solve UX/UI problems using wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Improve usability and experience using user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions.
Ensure consistent design quality across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
6+ years
of experience in visual and interaction design.
Native-level Japanese
language proficiency.
Strong background in user-centered design
and design thinking.
Proven use of qualitative and quantitative methods
(e.g., user testing, analytics).
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and storytelling
skills.
Portfolio showing at least one launched product, demonstrating user understanding and visual skills.
