Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent and high-quality merchandising across the national market, following guidelines for display planograms, visual layouts, and campaign designs.

  • Adapt global visual merchandising (VM) standards to meet local market needs, creating innovative displays for various campaigns while maintaining brand image.

  • Train, manage, and supervise VM vendors through ongoing communication to ensure proper execution.

  • Collaborate with the local studio and architecture teams to deliver effective VM solutions for all retail projects.

  • Maintain brand identity and standards in all VM implementations to provide an exceptional customer experience.

  • Work closely with local and global teams, including marketing, sales, forecasting, artistic direction, and other relevant departments, to improve VM solutions, planning, and execution.

Tasks Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Designing VM proposals and adapting VM guidelines for the local market

  • Coordinating with internal departments and global teams

  • Managing VM display tools for all campaigns at all points of sale

  • Handling supplier orders and forecasting imported materials

  • Creating localized display manuals and VM guidelines

  • Supporting maintenance of displays

  • Conducting regular store visits and visual inspections

  • Managing budgets for campaigns and general merchandising

  • Overseeing imported goods for future campaigns or maintenance

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising, graphic design, or event design, preferably within cosmetics, luxury, or consumer goods industries

Key Competencies

  • Creative, dynamic, self-motivated, well-organized, and deadline-oriented

  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SketchUp, 3D, or CAD software is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal English skills for communication with global partners

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented and collaborative
