About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth in the biopharmaceutical and life science markets. This role focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships, executing sales activities within assigned accounts or territories, and achieving key performance targets. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and skilled at building strong partnerships across organizations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life science sectors, covering activities from early research to full-scale manufacturing.

Promote and sell a portfolio of products and services, including purification and analytical instruments, raw materials, and manufacturing equipment.

Identify opportunities for integrated service offerings by understanding customer challenges and proposing comprehensive solutions.

Lead discovery discussions to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that maximize value.

Drive progress toward annual sales targets through effective pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement.

Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to operational teams.

Oversee complex projects such as equipment installations, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or other multinational B2B industries (including MR roles).

Strong interest in biotechnology and life sciences.

Valid driver’s license.

Basic English reading and writing skills (with translation tools acceptable).
