Compensation
Annual Salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 8,000,000
Salary will be determined based on previous compensation, experience, and skill level.
Annual salary is divided into 12 equal monthly payments.
The compensation package includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 50 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive advisory services for both domestic and international M&A transactions, including:

Conducting industry research and market analysis

Identifying and screening potential acquisition or divestiture targets

Building financial models and performing company valuations

Planning and managing due diligence processes

Supporting contract negotiations and transaction execution

Visiting client companies and preparing detailed meeting minutes
