Compensation

Annual Salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 8,000,000

Salary will be determined based on previous compensation, experience, and skill level.
Annual salary is divided into 12 equal monthly payments.
The compensation package includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 50 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive advisory services for both domestic and international M&A transactions, including:

  • Conducting industry research and market analysis

  • Identifying and screening potential acquisition or divestiture targets

  • Building financial models and performing company valuations

  • Planning and managing due diligence processes

  • Supporting contract negotiations and transaction execution

  • Visiting client companies and preparing detailed meeting minutes
