Receiving a CASE from our partner via e-mail which written in Japanese.
Demarcate it to what kind of products (WDM, PTS, Routers and MCP) should be related to it.
Translate it to English
Dispatch it to right support Engineer
Manage the logs and report it to Ciena assigned PM.
Reply the answer to our partner
Report and Communicate with Ciena Engineer in case of facing a difficulty
Method of support: based on e-mail
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Fluent both in Japanese and English
MS-Excel
Familiar with WDM, Router, L2 Switch and NMS
Desirable:
Familiar with Ciena products
