Role Overview
The Business Development Associate – Growth Strategy supports the identification, evaluation, and execution of new growth opportunities that contribute to long-term business expansion. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in business strategy, partnerships, and emerging business models.
Working closely with senior leaders, the Associate will gain hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives across mobile devices and consumer electronics, contributing research, analysis, and execution support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development – Mobile

Support the development and management of subscription and upgrade programs for new and refurbished smartphones

Assist in collaborating with partners such as telecom operators, device manufacturers, and major retailers to design and launch new offerings

Contribute to identifying new opportunities with large telecommunications partners, including initiatives such as whole-home protection programs
New Business Development – Consumer Electronics

Support the identification and prioritization of strategic accounts for launching new consumer electronics programs

Contribute to the development of innovative “open-box” and alternative ownership models that challenge traditional industry practices
Strategic Analysis & Growth Planning

Assist in analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and key industry players

Support evaluation of new business ideas, partnerships, and commercial models

Contribute insights and perspectives to discussions on future growth opportunities
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

Support collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners

Assist in preparing presentations and materials for partner meetings and internal reviews

Help maintain effective communication with stakeholders across multiple levels
