【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Main responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day supervision of Client Relations Associates in Japan
Set clear team goals
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Liaise with various internal business units to meet client and prospect needs;
Partner with relationship managers and sales to strengthen relationships with clients and prospects
Account management including new account opening/closing, guideline management;
Client reporting
Client servicing and prospecting materials such as presentations and correspondence;
Coordination of business development activities including RFPs and DDQs;
【REQUIREMENTS】
5+ year of experience in client service for institutional clients and/or pension fund clients in Japan
Professional qualifications such as CFA/CMA are a plus but not a must
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Japanese language skills (native or JLPT N1 lvl) as well as high business level English skills / ability to communicate in English on a daily basis
Experience with RFPs and DDQs
