役割 / Role Overview

既存クライアントのアカウント管理とアカウントプランニングを中心に担当し、関係構築や案件拡大を推進するポジションです。
This role is responsible for managing existing client accounts, including account planning, relationship development, and business growth initiatives.

主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities

クライアントとの関係構築 / Client Relationship Building

  • 担当クライアントの主要担当者と強固な関係を築き、プロジェクト維持・拡大につなげます。
    Build strong relationships with key contacts in assigned client organizations to sustain and grow ongoing projects.

  • 他部門との連携を通じて、新規案件の機会を広げます。
    Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities across divisions.

クライアント期待値の管理 / Client Expectation Management

  • クライアントの期待値、懸念点、満足度を把握し、社内チームへ適切に共有します。
    Gather insights into client expectations, concerns, and satisfaction levels and share them with internal teams.

  • フィードバックを活かして、より良いサービス提供に貢献します。
    Use feedback to support improvements in service delivery and strengthen client perception.

新規ビジネス創出 / New Business Generation

  • クライアントのビジネス課題を分析し、新しいプロジェクトの提案をリードします。
    Analyze clients’ business and brand challenges to proactively propose and lead new project opportunities.

営業活動・売上管理 / Sales Operations and Revenue Management

  • 案件開拓、見積作成、契約手続きなど、営業プロセス全体を管理します。
    Manage the full sales cycle including opportunity development, quotation preparation, and contract administration.

  • 担当アカウントの売上・外注費を適切に管理します。
    Oversee revenue tracking and outsourcing cost management for assigned accounts.

社内プロジェクト支援 / Internal Project & Marketing Support

  • 必要に応じて部門横断プロジェクトに参画します。
    Participate in cross-functional internal projects as needed.

  • 既存クライアント拡大に向けたマーケティング活動をサポートします。
    Support marketing efforts aimed at strengthening and expanding client relationships.

応募要件 / Skills and Experience

経験 / Experience

  • シニアアソシエイト：4〜5年の営業経験（代理店または事業会社）
    Senior Associate: 4–5 years of sales experience in an agency or corporate environment.

  • ディレクター：8年以上の営業経験（代理店または事業会社）
    Director: 8+ years of sales experience in an agency or corporate environment.

スキル / Competencies

  • ブランディングへの強い関心
    Strong interest in branding.

  • クライアント向けのプレゼン経験を含む高いコミュニケーション能力
    Excellent communication skills with proven client presentation experience.

  • マーケティングまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可
    Preferred: Experience in marketing or project management.

  • 交渉力やステークホルダーとの関係構築力
    Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Excel・PowerPointを用いた資料作成スキル
    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for preparing sales and presentation materials.

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
    Business-level English proficiency.
