【Job Responsibilities】
Implement and suggest creative ideas and improvements to the local customer marketing strategy
Support planning and coordination of customer experience initiative implementation
Ensure that it is properly translated/adapted to the Japanese market and aligned across distribution channels
Support building launch and campaign strategy
Ensure the product information is communicated internally and externally in an accurate and timely manner
Observe market trends for products and customer experience and share information with relevant stakeholders and teams
Coordinate with teams on tasks including stock allocation, promotional tools, and support translation and proofreading of select customer-facing material along with other operational activities
Conduct periodic analysis including but not limited to weekly campaign monitoring, monthly category analysis, and post-launch analysis
Be aware of and ensure the timely sharing of the most recent information related to upcoming campaigns
【Qualifications】
Minimum 3 years marketing experience (preferably in beauty, skincare or fashion)
Strong communication and people skills
Enjoys coming up with creative ideas and solutions
Being comfortable with English (spoken and written)
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Strong knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Being comfortable with data focused tools such as Tableau
Be a fan and a user of our products
Product marketing experience is a plus
