Fashion Marketing – Digital & Orchestration Planner

Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital & Orchestration Planner to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital initiatives within a global luxury fashion environment.
This role partners closely with global headquarters and local cross-functional teams to develop an integrated digital strategy and orchestrate 360° communication across channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of digital platforms, data integration, and omni-channel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Project Management

  • Lead global and local digital projects from planning to execution

  • Define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across international and domestic stakeholders

  • Drive optimization of digital platforms, applications, CRM tools, and analytics systems

2. 360° Marketing & Communication Orchestration

  • Create and execute omni-channel marketing plans

  • Coordinate promotions across digital platforms, retail channels, and communication touchpoints

  • Analyze campaign results and present findings and recommendations to global HQ

3. Digital Platform & Data Integration

  • Collaborate on linking customer databases, CRM tools, and official digital platforms

  • Promote omni-channel initiatives that elevate customer engagement

  • Oversee introduction of new digital tools, ensuring seamless business & technical integration

4. Innovation & Future Planning

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best-in-class digital experiences

  • Propose next-generation tools, innovations, and communication solutions

  • Support development of annual digital roadmaps

  • Optimize the brand’s website, mobile app, and analytics tools

5. Budget & Planning

  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenses

  • Create annual marketing plans and ensure alignment with corporate objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in digital project management, consulting, CRM/data management, or similar fields

  • Experience working with websites, mobile apps, and database integration, with ability to handle both business and technical elements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Business-level English (TOEIC 850+) and the ability to communicate with global headquarters

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Highly valued experience:

    • Digital back-office management

    • CRM/BI platforms
