Responsibilities

  1. Engage stakeholders through effective communication strategies

    • Identify and understand key stakeholder groups (such as leadership, employees, and customers) to tailor messages that address their specific needs and interests.

    • Select appropriate communication channels—such as email, meetings, digital platforms, or newsletters—based on the audience and purpose.

    • Establish feedback mechanisms to collect insights and continuously improve communication effectiveness.

  2. Develop and distribute release notes, announcements, and newsletters

    • Produce clear, concise, and engaging content that highlights important updates, benefits, and timelines.

    • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual presentation across all communications.

    • Ensure timely and targeted distribution so that the right information reaches the right audiences.

  3. Coordinate internal and business communications to ensure clarity and alignment

    • Collaborate across departments such as HR, IT, and management to promote consistent messaging organization-wide.

    • Create standardized templates and guidelines to support clear and cohesive communication practices.

    • Proactively manage communication to minimize confusion and ensure transparency across teams.

  4. Support learning and development initiatives through communication

    • Design and produce engaging materials such as presentations, videos, and FAQs to support training programs.

    • Ensure learning resources are easy to access through internal channels or digital platforms.

    • Promote participation by communicating the value and benefits of ongoing learning opportunities.

Requirements

Language:

  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English for business communication.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and internal communications.

  • Strong ability to create, organize, and manage diverse communication content.

  • Skilled in tracking and reporting progress on initiatives and transformation efforts.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to enhance learning and engagement through effective communication.
