Role Overview

This is a strategic account sales role focused on major Japanese financial institutions. The position goes beyond traditional product sales and emphasizes long-term partnership, advisory engagement, and large-scale transformation execution.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with executive leadership, IT divisions, and business units to address core management challenges and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead the entire account lifecycle—from strategic planning and opportunity identification to proposal development and delivery oversight—ensuring sustainable value creation.

This role offers the opportunity to engage deeply with a single or limited number of key accounts, driving meaningful transformation rather than transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive, long-term account plans for major financial institutions.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with executive management, IT departments, and business divisions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in account management and solution-based sales for large enterprises.

  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Background in consulting, PMO, business transformation, or IT strategy planning is advantageous.

  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and coordinating with IT stakeholders.

  • Strong interest in the financial sector and willingness to deepen industry expertise.
