About the Role
As an AI / Analytics Consultant, you will apply advanced data technologies—including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Machine Learning—to drive comprehensive business transformation initiatives. This role spans from strategic planning to hands-on implementation, enabling organizations to address complex challenges and become data-driven enterprises.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts both in Japan and internationally to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions that generate measurable business outcomes and broader societal value.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients in developing mid- to long-term AI and data strategy roadmaps.
Translate business issues into actionable AI and data use cases, including prioritization and planning.
Design technical solution approaches through prototyping, proof-of-concept (PoC), and pilot initiatives.
Guide AI projects from PoC through development, operationalization, and ongoing maintenance.
Promote enterprise-wide data utilization initiatives, including establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE).
Develop frameworks and practical use cases to scale AI adoption across organizations.
Support organizational redesign and talent development to enable sustainable data-driven transformation.
Establish AI governance structures, including policy development, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with industry-focused teams to create tailored AI solutions for specific sectors.
