Position: AI / Analytics Consultant

Location: Tokyo or Osaka, Japan

About the Role

As an AI / Analytics Consultant, you will apply advanced data technologies—including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Machine Learning—to drive comprehensive business transformation initiatives. This role spans from strategic planning to hands-on implementation, enabling organizations to address complex challenges and become data-driven enterprises.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts both in Japan and internationally to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions that generate measurable business outcomes and broader societal value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in developing mid- to long-term AI and data strategy roadmaps.

  • Translate business issues into actionable AI and data use cases, including prioritization and planning.

  • Design technical solution approaches through prototyping, proof-of-concept (PoC), and pilot initiatives.

  • Guide AI projects from PoC through development, operationalization, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Promote enterprise-wide data utilization initiatives, including establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE).

  • Develop frameworks and practical use cases to scale AI adoption across organizations.

  • Support organizational redesign and talent development to enable sustainable data-driven transformation.

  • Establish AI governance structures, including policy development, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with industry-focused teams to create tailored AI solutions for specific sectors.
