Position Overview:
You will work closely with UI/UX and technology teams both in Japan and abroad to lead projects focused on improving customer and employee experiences (CX/EX). These initiatives are grounded in user insights and leverage cutting-edge technologies including marketing platforms and generative AI.
Current Project Example:
Leading the planning and development of an internal portal and AI services for a major domestic trading company, aiming to optimize employee experience through user-centric design and advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct UX research to identify user needs and pain points
Design optimal employee experiences and develop concepts for services and products
Lead end-to-end project execution
Collaborate with domestic and international UI/UX and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in design processes
Participation in digital service/product development projects
UX research skills (e.g., user interviews, insight discovery, workshop facilitation)
Experience in customer experience design (e.g., customer journey mapping, service blueprinting)
Workshop facilitation experience
Team management experience on mid-sized projects
Preferred Qualifications:
UI/UX direction experience
Experience in developing services or products utilizing generative AI
Experience as a Scrum Master
Business-level English communication skills
Strong interest and knowledge in digital and tech trends
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform development
