As a Facilities Engineer, your key responsibility will be to lead the design, procurement, installation, and validation of cleanroom environments and utility systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressed dry air (CDA), and ultrapure water (UPW) systems.
You will oversee the planning and execution of cleanroom and equipment projects—from initial design to final implementation—ensuring alignment with company standards and operational goals.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Lead the design, coordination, and enhancement of cleanrooms and supporting utility systems using project capital and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgets.
Develop cleanroom designs that align with corporate standards to optimize installation costs and reduce long-term operational expenses.
Improve cleanroom infrastructure and related equipment to minimize quality risks and operational disruptions.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Hands-on experience in the construction and installation management of cleanrooms and utility systems, including HVAC, boilers, exhaust systems, compressors, UPW systems, wastewater treatment, and fire alarm systems.
Maintenance experience with the same range of facilities and systems.
Preferred: Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and documentation.
Language Skills: TOEIC score of 500 or higher, and capable of participating in English-language web meetings.
