Fashion – Display Planner (Visual Merchandising)

Position Summary
As a Display Planner within the Visual Merchandising Studio team, you will be responsible for the development, production, and installation of seasonal window displays and promotional installations for fashion boutiques.
You will work closely with global headquarters, internal departments, boutique teams, and external production vendors to create high-quality displays and tools that accurately represent luxury brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Display Development & Production
- Develop, produce, and manage window displays, in-store displays, and promotional tools based on guidelines provided by the global creative team
- Collaborate with external production companies to ensure quality, feasibility, and timely execution
- Create layout plans and installation manuals for boutiques
Global Collaboration & Documentation
- Prepare proposal materials (in English), including layout plans and display concepts, for submission to global headquarters
- Communicate regularly with global teams regarding guidelines, materials, and approvals
Installation & Maintenance
- Oversee installation work to maintain brand standards
- Conduct regular maintenance to ensure display quality is preserved
Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with internal VM teams, boutiques, display staff, and various internal departments
- Coordinate with boutique VM coordinators and display specialists during installation and setup
Procurement & Logistics
- Order display materials, samples, and tools from global teams and international vendors
- Handle import/export arrangements, warehouse storage, and shipment of display items
Cost & Budget Management
- Manage production costs, budgeting, and expense processing for each display project
Qualifications
Required
- Practical experience producing window displays, props, or VM tools (years of experience negotiable)
- Strong interest and understanding of fashion, design, spatial composition, and color balance
- High attention to detail and ability to work consistently and patiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility and teamwork-oriented mindset
- English proficiency (intermediate or above): able to understand global guidelines and communicate with headquarters
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint / experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, 3D tools, or video editing is a plus
