Job Mission
The Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, commercial success, and elevated brand image of assigned boutiques. This role provides leadership in sales, staff management, brand presentation, and operational excellence while implementing the division’s strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Boutique Operations & Management
Oversee daily operations of assigned boutiques to ensure smooth and effective management
Maintain and enhance the brand image within each boutique
Implement divisional strategies and ensure alignment with store activities
Monitor store KPIs and ensure operational discipline
Sales Performance & Strategy
Analyze sales performance and create action plans to achieve budget targets
Drive sales initiatives, CRM activities, and customer engagement
Ensure high service standards and support continuous improvement
People Management
Recruit, train, and develop boutique staff
Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing allocation
Ensure team motivation, high service quality, and a positive working environment
Environment & Compliance
Maintain boutique visual standards and in-store environment
Oversee store maintenance and uphold workplace safety
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
Business Partner Relations
Conduct negotiations and maintain strong relationships with department stores
Manage operational matters and ensure smooth collaboration with external partners
Service Quality
Monitor customer service levels and provide guidance to elevate service excellence
Implement best practices to deliver a luxury client experience
Professional Qualifications / Work Experience
10+ years of industry experience, including retail experience (required)
Luxury brand experience preferred
Department store sales experience highly valued
Experience with domestic business travel and in-store customer service
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – intermediate level
Age target: up to around 45 years old (flexible depending on experience)
