【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Prepare monthly performance reports for Japan and US management teams
Analyze and manage responsible KPIs
Analyze financial, sales and inventory data
Assist with budgeting and forecasts
Take part in the development of profit acquisition strategies
Identify and mitigate potential financial and corporate risks
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 5 years of experience in accounting and over 5 years of experience in FP&A
Experience working for a multinational business
JCPA or USCPA qualification, preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Fluent level Japanese, Business level English

【応募資格・条件】
5年以上の経理経験および5年以上のFP&A経験
多国籍企業での勤務経験
日本公認会計士協会またはUSCPAの資格保持者、優遇
ファイナンス、アカウンティング、またはビジネスの学士号
流暢レベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語
