【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Establish and execute a process framework, incorporating specific roles and responsibilities, to monitor and manage the supply of designated articles.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to validate and follow up on forecast activities, ensuring alignment with plans.
Assist Marketing in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance range efficiencies.
Collaborate with product creation teams and engage with Global Planning, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management to achieve global Availability targets.
Lead the definition of Consolidated Buys, coordinating efforts to optimize purchasing strategies
Develop and execute regular reports and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reviews to enhance transparency and maintain oversight of business and process status within the Business Unit's scope.
Educate the Marketing team on Operations processes and policies, fostering mutual understanding.
Influence the Planning and Sourcing teams to consider Business Unit-specific requirements, such as production minimum policies.
Lead Operational Business Review Meetings with Sports Owners, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment.
Continuously assess existing processes for potential enhancements and efficiency gains, taking into account foreseeable mid- and long-term business needs.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Fluent in English
SAP knowledge very beneficial
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business related
At least 3 years of working experience and project management experience
