Role Overview
A global luxury brand is seeking an experienced PR Manager to lead public relations initiatives for its Fragrance & Beauty division. This role is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that enhance brand image while supporting commercial objectives, in alignment with overall brand direction.
The position requires a long-term, strategic mindset and the ability to introduce innovative PR approaches that go beyond traditional methods. The successful candidate will drive high-quality media exposure aligned with the standards of ultimate luxury, strengthen brand equity, and lead a PR team while collaborating closely with internal and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies and plans for the Fragrance & Beauty division in line with brand and divisional objectives

Drive both brand image and business growth through strategic PR initiatives

Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team, ensuring clear direction, performance, and development

Manage annual PR schedules, budgets, and team operations to ensure effective execution
PR Execution & Media Relations

Secure high-quality, premium media exposure through innovative and forward-thinking PR approaches

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, writers, and makeup artists

Plan and execute press events and media presentations for new product launches

Manage PR activities related to global brand ambassadors or spokespersons

Oversee creative partnerships and tie-up projects, including planning, production management, and on-site supervision
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

Collaborate with other business divisions (e.g., fashion, watches, jewelry) to strengthen a unified, cross-category brand image

Work closely with global PR and influence teams to ensure alignment with international strategies

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across PR, events, corporate communications, and key business teams
Requirements
Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in PR or communications within luxury beauty brands
or -
Equivalent experience (10+ years) in related industries such as luxury fashion, cosmetics, PR agencies, advertising agencies, or publishing
Skills & Competencies
