Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
Define and drive technical architecture and system design for projects
Establish scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals
Recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies
Leadership & Team Support
Lead and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance on implementation
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and security requirements
Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Promote best practices in software development and architecture
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Java-based backend development and modern front-end frameworks
Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable systems
Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization technologies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
