Job Title: Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement Manager – Dermatological Skincare

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HCP Engagement Manager to lead initiatives aimed at strengthening the brand's presence and credibility within the medical and dermatological community. This role is responsible for designing and executing long-term outreach strategies to healthcare professionals, establishing robust distribution and engagement models, and ensuring consistent communication aligned with global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute HCP marketing and engagement strategies in line with global brand direction
Deliver ongoing marketing and scientific content to medical professionals to drive awareness and trust
Oversee agency partners to ensure alignment with brand messaging and high-quality execution
Set KPIs and track performance of HCP programs, focusing on sustainable business growth
Segment HCP audiences based on global criteria to enhance engagement and personalization
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and market entry
Manage the budgeting process and ensure effective allocation for HCP marketing initiatives
Collaborate with related business units to leverage existing networks for lead generation
Maintain strong communication with regional and global teams for strategic alignment
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing or sales within skincare, personal care, or pharmaceuticals
Experience in innovation or new product development is a plus
Proven ability to work with global or regional teams
Familiarity with dermatology-focused marketing channels is highly desirable
Demonstrated success in developing and executing mid- to long-term strategies
Skills & Attributes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Capable of building relationships with key opinion leaders and senior medical professionals
Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
Strong commercial awareness and ability to tailor marketing plans to business objectives
