About the Team:
The Channel Sales Team focuses on building trust with the user community by acquiring new channel partners, supporting existing partners, and strengthening partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise and key account sales strategies to grow the company’s presence in Japan.
Collaborate with channel partners, including distributors, system integrators, and consulting firms, to manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to delivery and customer success.
Develop joint value propositions with partners and clearly communicate the benefits of integrated solutions.
Acquire flagship clients and develop referenceable case studies in industries such as Food & Beverage, Construction, Distribution, and Finance.
Work closely with cross-border teams, including headquarters and global units, to ensure alignment and high-quality execution.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years in B2B SaaS or IT solution sales, focusing on enterprise clients.
Proven success in channel sales, including managing key accounts through distributors or system integrators.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
High integrity, resilience under pressure, and deep understanding of Japanese business and sales practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in partner management or developing channel strategies.
Familiarity with SaaS products such as collaboration tools, CRM, ERP, or cloud services.
Established network within target industries: Food & Beverage, Construction, Distribution, or Finance.
