The Cloud Services Department provides secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure and platform services to internal application development teams.
The department delivers essential cloud capabilities including compute, storage, core infrastructure, databases, container platforms, observability tools, and gateway services.

Build and maintain resilient infrastructure and platform solutions supporting worldwide business operations.
Collaborate across platform, network, service, and application teams to design systems that incorporate hardware, network, middleware, and compute considerations.

Design and deploy large, multi-node clusters with focus on cost efficiency, redundancy, scalability, and capacity planning.
Evaluate, test, and introduce new technologies to improve performance and functionality.
Standardize and automate service management processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain mission-critical production environments.

Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
Experience working with VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter Server).
Experience with Nutanix environments (AHV, AOS).
Solid understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.
Proficiency in Python and/or Shell scripting.
Experience using automation and configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, Terraform).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
Experience in production monitoring and incident troubleshooting.

Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenStack, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of IP networking systems and protocols.
Experience in web application development.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
Experience operating services using Docker or Kubernetes.
5+ years of experience managing at least one of the following: MySQL, Cassandra, Oracle, Couchbase, Hadoop, or Kafka.
