Responsibility

Ensure day to day Inventory controlling operations, data management and stock accuracy across stores and in-transit locations, enforce internal control procedures as well as relevant to finance and act as the key point of contact for internal and external audits.

DAILY / WEEKLY

Inventory

- Validation of stock adjustments received from adjustment tool and book a designated account

- Support stores with stock/system-related issues and update the detail of POS if needed

- Check the storage locations short and over shipments and fix the issues

- Price update / change if needed (price change / status change: Full price to outlet)

Retail support

- Executing stock taking - Window for store maintenance - Support on new opening, refurbishment etc.

e.g: Credit Card application, X-store (retail system) posting error maintenance

MONTHLY :

- Anticipate and calculate markdown reserve (based on markdown policy)

- Stock Alignment: Between WHS WMS & G1 (inhouse system) SAP (ongoing project)

 

ANNUAL / AD-HOC

- Organize and follow up on physical inventories

- Regular reporting and performance indicators (KPIs)

- Create and update manuals and internal guidelines

- Train store directors, department managers, and respective office people on inventory control

procedures

- Participate in SAP Project 

- Liaison with external & internal auditors, finance, operations, IT, Store teams, HQ Central

Inventory Control & Finance team

PROFILE

- Knowledge and experience of similar role, at least 3years +

- Knowledge of logistics is preferred

- Business level English in reading and writing. Fluent speaker is preferred

- PC Skill: Excel (Pivot), Word, PowerPoint

- System: SAP, JDE, Esker / Concur (Preferable)
