Position Purpose
Post-COVID, lifestyles have shifted significantly, increasing the importance of fashion e-commerce and raising expectations for this platform. To achieve ambitious growth goals, investments are being strengthened across marketing, service quality, and logistics—this team plays a central role in these initiatives. The position involves taking ownership of strategy development and execution to drive the business’s mid-term growth.
Role Details
The business procures and sells products from a wide range of apparel brands. As the business grows, logistics and delivery functions must evolve accordingly. The logistics strategy aims to maximize customer convenience while optimizing product flow and controlling costs.
You will be responsible for all stages—issue analysis, planning, execution, and evaluation—particularly in services that reduce warehouse workload and delivery costs.
Example Projects:
Expansion of distribution centers for mid-term volume growth
Implementation of faster inbound operations (including supplier negotiations)
Cost reduction initiatives through alternative delivery methods and enhanced gift services
Defining business/system requirements for OMS, WMS, BI tools, etc.
Collaboration and negotiation with internal teams and external logistics partners (including 3PLs)
Strategic proposals and reporting to senior management

Team backgrounds include strategy consulting, business planning, and operations strategy
Mandatory Qualifications(one or more of the following):
Experience in planning/managing/improving delivery service levels within e-commerce
Experience in SCM-related strategy or service development within e-commerce
At least 3 years in strategy formulation or operational improvement at a consulting or business firm
Basic industry knowledge of retail or e-commerce
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management: Leading large-scale projects such as WMS implementation, e-commerce logistics integration, or site relocation
Process Improvement: Proven cross-functional improvement and KPI management experience
Systems Knowledge: OMS/WMS experience, BI/SQL data analysis, API integration collaboration
Industry Knowledge: Experience with complex fashion e-commerce logistics, returns/exchanges, pre-orders, 3PL management
Soft Skills: Strong planning-to-execution ability, communication skills, adaptability, and results focus
