In recent years, the company has expanded significantly and established partnerships with leading law firms to offer comprehensive legal support. As of early 2025, our services are used by thousands of companies worldwide. Our products combine legal expertise with advanced technologies such as natural language processing and machine learning to help organizations solve complex legal challenges both domestically and internationally.
Because our solutions are innovative and relatively new, there are few case studies or precedents for customers to reference. In this role, you will engage with new clients to propose solutions and support them in navigating complex operational and business challenges. Customers often face issues such as complex workflows, lack of data for decision-making, and limited training functions. You will need to deeply understand these problems and explore all potential solutions. This role requires initiative, creativity, and the ability to plan from scratch. It is highly rewarding, allowing you to work closely with clients and see the tangible impact of your solutions. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer success initiatives.
Requirements
University graduate or above
At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Customer success or user support
System implementation or implementation consulting
User support in a B2B or technical environment
Sales experience
Preferred Experience
System implementation and project management
Business improvement planning and execution
Planning and managing seminars, manuals, or other client-facing content
Experience in B2B SaaS businesses
Contract review experience
Management experience

Working Conditions
Salary: ¥5.8 million – ¥9 million per year
Location: Central Tokyo
Employment type: Full-time
Hours: 9:00–18:00 (flexible as needed for business purposes)
Weekly days off: 2 (Sat & Sun)
Annual holidays: 120+ days, plus public holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, paid leave, special leave (sick, work-life balance, birthday), maternity/paternity/childcare leave, and family care leave
Overtime: Yes
Probation period: 3 months
