【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Lead the development of operation processes to make all marketing operations simplified and standardized.

  • Monitor the budget planning at marketing cross-teams level and give a head-up appropriately to make smoother booking process monthly and annually.

  • Offer meaningful insights and improving idea that can be leveraged in operation and strategy, by observing and handling budgeting direction together with Marketing Strategy & Ops Director, and other key stakeholders.

  • Provide support to data analysis, data entry, purchase order creation/reconciliation and financial oversight of marketing team and report it in appropriate timing.

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of activities within Growth marketing activities.

  • Gather and present data-backed insights, optimization recommendations, and key learnings to internal and external partners, seeking for growth opportunities.

  • Provide proactive supporting analysis for highly strategic areas to contribute to business growth.

  • Lead operational excellence not solely to the Japanese market, but also to the global potential markets by building up the consolidating global-level operation practices.

 

【REQUIREMENTS】 

  • Have a strong moral compass and set of values, which you will not compromise on, change willingness, self-awareness, integrity, impact and enthusiasm, good presentation skills.

  • Experience in data-driven approach in its business decision making process Experience or have a general understanding of corporate governance.

  • being familiar with accounting procedure from business front to back-office level, particularly marketing, sales ops area

  • Expert level knowledge of Excel

  • Action-oriented with a roll up your sleeves approach.

  • You have demonstrated ability to think both strategically and creatively.

  • Flexible and open to change and new ideas.

  • Challenging, proactive, and energetic to keep questioning and improving the status quo.

  • Can effectively and professionally communicate/articulate in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing, with leaders and stakeholders
