About the Role:
This position focuses on growing B2B and OEM sales across the APAC region including Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Singapore. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting clients through the full sales cycle — from initial contact to post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth of OEM products and solutions in the APAC region.

  • Build and manage relationships with both startups and large corporations.

  • Lead and support long, complex sales cycles.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (project management, operations, customer service).

  • Act as the customer’s voice to internal stakeholders.

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain a strong pipeline.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Molecular Biology or related field.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in life sciences or biotechnology.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience studying abroad in an English-speaking country.

  • Business English and Japanese.
