Follow the business performance of the categories in scope- including main competing products - periodically review the line-up to identify opportunities and weaknesses - Share insights with HQ to support the development of future products
Analyse the potential and opportunity to launch for newly available SKUs - Lead the internal discussions to validate the ambitions and objectives - Synchronize with the region to explain the strategy and consolidate Japan needs to the HQ - Prepare the go-to-market steps (naming-documentation- etc)
Create / Update the marketing calendar with the MD and other Product Managers - Lead the work for the 360 activation plans and execution- linking with all related teams
Update the sales forecast for categories in scope - work with SCM team to decide allocation and usage of POP when needed
Create new selling tools (brochures) according to needs from the counters and in line with the strategy - Update existing documentation as needed (Prescription- etc)
Minimum 3 years experience in Product Marketing at a foreign company, cosmetic industry preferred.
