About the Role
A global creative and marketing solutions provider is seeking a Program Director to oversee a high-profile account with a leading Fortune 500 financial services company. This role is central to ensuring the growth and profitability of the account by optimizing operations, managing resources, and driving continuous improvements across processes and workflows.
This position requires fluency in both English and Japanese.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team including project managers, designers, developers, and video producers.
Oversee the end-to-end production of digital and print deliverables across Asia, including corporate websites, digital campaigns, newsletters, e-learning modules, banners, posters, brochures, event materials, and more.
Partner with regional and global counterparts across Asia, the US, and Europe to ensure consistency and high standards.
Develop and implement processes that balance high-quality output with efficient client service.
Optimize daily operations through resource allocation, workflow streamlining, and best practice implementation.
Drive transformation initiatives to improve cost-to-effort ratios and enhance cross-team information flow.
Provide strategic direction, problem-solving guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Monitor project scheduling, utilization, and reporting metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain strong project management discipline across all areas of the business.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
10+ years of experience in at least three of the following areas: digital, print, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, or production.
Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools.
