【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
-Responsible for delivering all required training programs and setting-up training system
-Understand and adapt brand direction; deliver to retail staff and support them to meet
their staff performance
-Work closely with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Merchandising, Retail
-Design, localizes and prepare all training materials and tools for retail channels
-Visit Japanese retail stores and monitor staff performance to meet Company’s requirement
【REQUIREMENTS】
-Bachelor degree
-At least 6 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in a similar position
-Understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills are required
-Fluent in English
-Excellent in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
