【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Responsible for delivering all required training programs and setting-up training system
Understand and adapt brand direction; deliver to retail staff and support them to meet their staff performance
Work closely with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Merchandising, Retail
Design, localizes and prepare all training materials and tools for retail channels
Visit Japanese retail stores and monitor staff performance to meet Company’s requirement
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor degree
At least 6 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in a similar position
Understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills are required
Fluent in English
Excellent in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
