JOB SUMMARY:
Drive sales growth and brand expansion in alignment with company strategy.
Engage in effective communication and negotiation with distributors to ensure optimal brand placement

JOB DUTIES:
Build strong customer relationships by understanding and responding to their needs with integrity.
Manage sales activities to meet or exceed set targets.
Use customer-specific sales data to propose tailored product offerings and sales strategies.
Conduct regular business meetings with clients.
Monitor, manage, and analyze sales data.
Research market trends and competitor activities.
Plan and implement in-store events and actively support retail sales during fairs and pop-up store promotions.
Provide regular internal reports and contribute to the development and execution of annual sales plans.
Identify and develop new distributor partnerships.
Explore and approach potential new customers beyond existing store accounts.
Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies.
Train store promoters in brand and product knowledge.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer goods sales, particularly via distributors or retail channels.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration both inside and outside the company.
Proactive in leading negotiations and client meetings.
Adheres to company policies and compliance standards.
Capable of monitoring and improving sales performance.
Demonstrates ownership, drive, and enthusiasm for achieving business goals.
