Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join a high-profile global financial services account. In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of cross-platform design work, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. You will work on a mix of digital and print projects, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team across multiple regions.
Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a variety of digital and print materials in line with project briefs.
Direct, review, and execute work for digital platforms, including corporate websites, campaigns, newsletters, email flyers, e-learning modules, banner images, and graphics.
Lead print design projects such as posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, signage, event collateral, and holiday communications.
Develop creative and graphic concepts in collaboration with teams to meet project objectives.
Present concepts and designs to stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations for audience engagement.
Follow projects through all stages, from concept to final production or online deployment.
Produce technically correct, print-ready and digital-ready files.
Collaborate regularly with creative leadership, partners, and team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Apply marketing insight and smart creative thinking to solve business challenges.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in digital, print, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, artwork, or production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, Sketch, and HTML.
Strong creativity and design skills with the ability to bring marketing ideas to life visually at a world-class level.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on listening and delivering according to client needs.
Interest in and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; knowledge of AI tools is an advantage, but the ability to learn and apply them is essential.
