【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Promote everything from analysis to release and operation in a team with designers and engineers.
Formulation of product vision and roadmap
Understanding market trends and essential customer issues through market research and user interviews, and formulating and verifying solution hypotheses
Consideration of development items based on qualitative and quantitative analysis and Prioritization
Creation of Product Requirements Document (PRD)
Development and analysis of product metrics.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience in product management of in-house products or upstream processes of business system development (planning, requirements/requirements definition, basic design)
Ability to formulate a product vision and roadmap and execute it as a team
User interviews and quantitative analysis・Ability to identify issues through analysis of qualitative data
Ability to involve stakeholders and lead the way to solutions
High verbalization and expression skills in Japanese (user support, creation of materials such as Product Requirement Documents, etc.) business flow, user story mapping, etc.)
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Experience related to new services/businesses
PdM experience in new services/businesses
Experience in launching new services/businesses
Experience building organizations/teams in 0→1 phase
Product management experience for SaaS and BtoB products (3 years) (Preferably have the above experience)
Experience in agile development in collaboration with engineers and designers
Experience in participating as an engineer, designer, or planner in in-house product development - Experience in visualizing and analyzing data using SQL, etc.
